In view of the aforesaid, I.A.No.6889/2023 stands disposed off. Heard on the question of admission and I.A.No.6683/2023 an application for stay.

Issue notice to the respondents by RAD mode on payment of process fee within seven working days returnable within six weeks.

Meanwhile, execution of the impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
