Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven days, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
By placing reliance on a Division Bench Judgment of this Court in W.A No.281 of 2021 (Seema Pasi Vs. State of M.P.) and Clause 9.1 of the Policy. It is submitted that petitioner's transfer to Sagar vide order dated 14.08.2023 (Annexure P/4) is bad in law because no special circumstances have been mentioned for transferring the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid, till the next date of hearing, the effect and operation of impugned order dated 14.08.2023 (Annexure P/4) to the extent it relates to petitioner shall remain stayed. The petitioner shall be permitted to work at Rewa till the next date of hearing.
