This revision has been filed by the applicants under Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment dated 04.04.2022, passed by Special Judge (SC/ST) Act, District Panna in Special Case No.36/2022, whereby the the learned trial Court has framed charges under Sections 376(2)(n) and 120-B of the IPC against the present applicant.

under Sections 376(2)(n) and 120-B of the IPC. After recording the statement of prosecutrix under Section 164 of Cr.P.C before the trial Court, she has supported the prosecution story.

Considering the statement of the prosecutrix recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C before the trial Court, no case for quashment of charges are made out. Hence, this criminal revision is dismissed.
