The appeal is admitted on following substantial questions of law:-

"(i) Whether, the finding recorded by the lower appellate Court on the basis of the documents Ex.P/1 to P/3 by wrong assumption of the Samvat years and by wrong conversion of the same in 1942, 1943 and 1944 is perverse and it has resulted in the judgment being perverse ?

(ii) Whether, in view of entries of plaintiffs in Samvat year 2007, 2008, 2009 the plaintiffs title is perfected in view of Section 41 of Madhya Bharat Zamindari Abolition Act ?

(iii) Whether, the Court has fallen in error in not considering Section 54 of Madhya Bharat Land Revenue Tenancy Act?"

Meanwhile, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo regarding the suit property till next date of hearing.
