                           petitioners/State.

                                    Shri Ashok Sinha, learned counsel represented on behalf of the
                           petitioners/State stated that the respondent is not the workman of the

department but he is claiming wrongly for reinstatement and back-wages, filed

an application before the Labour Court in Case No.56/2018 IDR and the Labour Court gave wrong finding in contrary to the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court, therefore, petitioners/State preferred this appeal.

Issue notice to the respondent and take out personal notice by petitioners' counsel and file proof of service.

Mr. Aditya Ahiwasi entered appearance on behalf of the respondent long back but today no representation from him.

Post the matter for hearing finally on 08.12.2023. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file

translated copy of the order.
