In view of the judgments passed by the Courts below and documents on

record, the effect and operation of impugned judgments passed by the Courts below is stayed till the next date of hearing, subject to furnishing of undertaking given by the appellant/defendant before the trial Court that in case if he does not succeed then he will hand over the possession of disputed property within three months. IA No.5530 of 2022 stands disposed of.
