                                Learned counsel represented on behalf of the appellant has stated that
                          this is an injury case and filed a claim application before the learned Claims
                          Tribunal who awarded the meager amount without following the guidelines of
                          the Hon'ble Apex Court's Judgment and decided the award. Being aggrieved,

                          filed the present appeal.
                                Issue notice to the respondent nos.1 to 3 and take out personal notice by

appellant's counsel and file a proof of service.

Post the matter on 14.12.2023. I t is further directed to the learned counsel for the appellant to file translated copy of the award and relevant documents annexed with appeal by 14.12.2023.
