"(i) Whether learned lower appellate Court has mis-appreciated the evidence and findings and erred in reversing the findings given by learned trial Court ?

(ii) Whether learned lower appellate Court has justified in reversing the judgment and decree passed by learned trial Court when specifically defendants/respondents No.1 and 2 have not produced any supportive evidence that they are in possession on the survey No.186/1/3 rakwa 0.580 hectare ?"

Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee by RAD mode within a period of seven working days.
