With the consent, heard finally.

This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for non-grant of the benefit of IIIrd Time Scale of Pay on account of completion of 30 years of services. He has also placed reliance on the judgment passed in WP No.7791/2019 (Yashwant Singh Parihar & Another vs. state of M.P. & Others) decided on 25.09.2019. and submitted that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order passed in Yashwant Singh Parihar(supra).

Learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection to the

innocuous prayer made by the petitioner.

In view of the consensus arrived at, this petition is disposed of by directing that the order passed in the case of Yashwant Singh Parihar (Supra) shall be applied mutatis mutandis with full force to the present petitioner.

The respondents are directed to act in accordance with the direction contained in Yashwant Singh Parihar(supra).

The petition stands disposed of.
