This revision coming upon for hearing before Lok Adalat this day, the Bench passed the following:

ORDER Applicant and respondent are present in person before the Lok Adalat. They have been identified and also counter checked with Aadhar Card. judgment dated 06.08.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.261/2015.

It is submitted by respondent that they have amicably settled the matter and the amount of Rs.50,000/- was already received by him. He does not have any other grievance against the applicant, therefore, the they be permitted to compromise the offence.

Heard the parties.

Considering the fact that respondent is satisfied with the amount he has received and that he has no other grievance from the applicant, therefore, this Cr.R. is allowed and the judgment dated 06.08.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.261/2015 is hereby quashed and the applicant is acquitted from the charged

offences.
