      This revision coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the
following:
                                   ORDER

This Revision Petition is directed against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 10.11.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 209/2013.

Petitioner stood convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment

for two years, with payment of principal amount of Rs.5,10,000/-.

During pendency of revision both the parties have amicably settled the dispute with payment of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) made on 02.02.2023.

In view of aforesaid, the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence dated 10.11.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 209/2013 is hereby set aside.

The petitioner shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited in the Court below on 23.07.2013 as a condition for bail.

Revision stands disposed of on aforesaid terms.
