                           serve the respondents by way of paper publication.

O n the due consideration, I.A. no. 3687/2023 stands allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve the notice on respondents by way of paper publication in daily newspaper Hindi having wide circulation Necessary steps be taken within fifteen days and report be submitted thereafter.
