Heard on I.A No.9941 of 2023 an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for taking documents on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed photocopy of receipts whereby Surendra Jaiswal has deposited the compounding fees before the District Legal Service Authority, Satna.

As compounding fees has been deposited, judgment convicting petitioner under Section 138 of NIA and sentence of five year is set aside and petitioner is acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in the Signature Not Verified Signed by: DEVESH K SHRIVASTAVA Signing time: 06-05-2023 12:07:13

light of order dated 09.2.2023.

Also heard on I.A. No.6314/2023 for withdrawal of amount deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court.

It is ordered that petitioner/accused shall be entitled to receive back the amount deposited by him before the trial Court.

I.A. No.5472/2023 and 6314/2023 are disposed off. Accordingly, this criminal revision stands disposed off. Trial Court record along with the copy of order be sent down to Court concerned through Sessions Judge.
