College, Bhopal under the Department of Public Health and Family Welfare as Assistant Surgeon and thereafter she was appointed as Assistant Professor, Surgery in GMC, Bhopal.

It is submitted that there is parity with the order passed by a Coordinate Bench at Indore in W.P. No.6015/2008 (Dr. (Mrs.) Poonam Mathur Vs. State of M.P. and others) decided on 19/6/2019. It is also submitted that this Court has also followed the same order and has passed orders on 9th February, 2023 in W.P. No.9087/2020.

Taking these facts into consideration, this petition is disposed of in the same terms in which W.P. No.6015/2008 was decided by a Coordinate Bench

and it is held that the said judgment shall apply mutatis mutandis to the facts and circumstances of the present case.
