This appeal is pending since 2004. Since 19-01-2017, counsel for the appellants is regularly seeking adjournment on one occasion or other count. On 25-01-2023, on the request of Shri Kulshrestha, the case has been fixed for today itself. Despite giving various opportunities, the counsel for the appellants

is not ready to argue the matter today and also sought time.

As last indulgence, list the matter for final hearing on 23-03-2023. On the aforesaid date if counsel for the appellants seeks adjournment, this Court shall pass final order/judgment after perusing the record.
