                                    ORDER

This criminal appeal has been filed by the appellant/State under Section

378 of Cr.P.C. against the judgement dated 29/09/2006 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Guna, District- Guna (M.P.) in S.S.T. No.168/2003, whereby respondent has been acquitted by the trial Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the impugned judgment, this Court is of the view that no illegality has been committed by the trial Court in passing the impugned judgment. Accordingly, this criminal appeal filed by the appellant/State is hereby dismissed.
