                                   Despite service of notice on the non-applicant-Virendra Kumar Sharma,
                          none is appearing on his behalf.

                                   Looking to the nature of decree and the map annexed and upon deposit
                          of Rs.2,96,000/- by the applicants/judgment debtors before the executing court
                          within a period of 15 days from today, the execution of decree of specific
                          performance is hereby stayed until further orders.
                                   Issue notice of admission and IA No.12549/2019 to the respondent on

payment of PF within seven working days, failing which this civil revision shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
