Also heard on IA No.7772 of 2022 which is an application for stay filed under Order 14 Rule 5 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

On due consideration, it is directed that subject to deposit of enhanced amount by the appellants before the concerned trial Court, the execution of impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed, till the next date of hearing.

The amount so deposited by the appellants, may be allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent on his furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of trial Court.

Accordingly, IA No.7772 of 2022 stands disposed of. Certified copy as per Rules.
