The present review petition has been filed by the petitioner for recalling of Signature Not Verified Signed by: PAWAN KUMAR Signing time: 12-07-2023 10:37:13 AM

order dated 26.02.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.4401 of 2018 on the ground that the matter which was in dispute before the writ Court was with regard to correct pay scale which was to be granted to the petitioner after his classification but inadvertently, it appears that the learned writ Court had overlooked that point and had directed vide impugned order to grant minimum of pay scale in the light of judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the matter of Ram Naresh Rawat vs. Ashwani Rai reported in (2017) 3 SCC 436.

The anomaly which has been pointed by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be writ large, thus, in the fitness of things, the review petition is allowed and the order dated 26.02.2021 is reviewed and recalled.

Office is directed to restore Writ Petition No.4401 of 2018 to its original number.
