This revision has been filed against the judgment of appeal passed in Cr.A. No. 221/2021 (Shreyanshi Sharma alias Gudda Vs. Dr. Shivdatt Mishra) whereby appellate Court has dismissed applicant's/appellant's appeal preferred

against judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.11.2021 passed by JMFC, Bhopal whereby appellant was convicted for commission of offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and was sentenced to six months RI and was further directed to pay Rs. 20,51,250/- (Rupees Twenty Lacs Fifty One Thousand and Two Hundred Fifty) as compensation to the applicant.

Applicant has neither deposited the compensation amount nor has surrendered for undergoing sentence before the trial Court.

As per learned counsel for respondent, this Revision is not maintainable.

Applicant is directed to surrender before the trial Court for undergoing jail sentence awarded by trial Court and affirmed by Sessions Court.
