Heard on IA No.4684/2022, an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of 38 days delay in filing the present

second appeal; and IA No.7981/2022, an application under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for stay of impugned judgment and decree dated 18.11.2021.

Issue notice to the respondents / defendants on payment of Process Fee (PF) within a period of one week, returnable within a further period of six weeks.

Till the next date of hearing, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it exists today.

Let the record of the case from the concerned trial Court as well as the

first appellate Court be requisitioned.
