                           law:

                                            "Whether the First Appellate Court erred in law by

                                      decreeing the suit even when the defendant Nos.11 and 12 were
                                      not made party to the appeal."

                                  Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee by registered

AD mode payable within a period of seven working days.

Issue notice of I.A. No.8523/2021, an application for grant of stay, to the respondents on payment of process fee by registered AD mode payable within a period of seven working days.

In the meanwhile, the effect and operation of judgment and decree dated

04.10.2021 passed by First Additional District Judge Burhanpur (M.P.) in RCA No.23/2019 shall remain stayed.
