Appellant - Mrs. Rashi W/o Vishal Awasthi and respondent - Mr. Vishal S/o Ashok Awasthi are present in person.
In Camera proceedings were conducted in light of the order dated
20/02/2023.
On asking the respondent, he stated that he could not arrange the meeting of his children with their grand-parents on last Saturday and Sunday, since the grand-parents were not willing to talk to the children.
This Court has been trying to persuade both the parties to arrive at amicable settlement vigorously but to no avail.
It appears that there is no possibility of amicable settlement between the parties in the matter.
Both the parties are directed to file affidavits in light of Apex Court
Judgment in the case of Rajnish vs. Neha (Criminal Appeal No.730/2022) within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter the matter shall be heard finally after the affidavits are filed.
