Counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment passed by this Court in the case of Sunil Kumar Daya v. State of M.P. and others decided on 10.04.2015 passed in WP 3415/2014.

Learned counsel further submits against the said order the review petition has been dismissed as well as the writ appeal has also been dismissed.

Learned Government advocate submits the petition may be disposed off by directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the aforesaid this petition is disposed off with direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid judgment from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
