                                            Issue notice to the respondent no.1 on payment of P.F within seven

working days by both modes.

Heard on I.A.No.10963/2022, an application for grant of stay. After considering the income of the applicant which was discussed by

the learned trial Court in the impugned judgment and other facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that, as an interim measure, subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 10,000/- per month to the respondent no.1 and Rs.5,000/- to the respondent no.2 and 3 each till further orders, the execution of impugned judgment dated 26.04.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Narsingpur in MJCR No. 11 of 2021 shall remain stayed till further orders.

It is made clear that if the applicant fails to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs. 10,000/- within a month from today and further maintenance amount of Rs.

5000/- per month to the respondent nos.2 and 3 each consecutively for three months, this order shall become ineffective and the applicant will have to pay the maintenance as directed vide impugned order.

List after four weeks.
