                                This appeal coming on for conciliation this day, JUSTICE PRAKASH
                          CHANDRA GUPTA passed the following:
                                                             ORDER

Appellant has filed this appeal against the impugned judgment and decree dated 30.07.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mandsaur (M.P.) in H.M.A. Case No.126/2020.

In furtherance of the Court order dated 1/2/2023 the case is fixed before Lok Adalat.

Heard on I.A. No.1236/2023, an application filed by both the parties under Order 23(3) r/w Section 151 of the CPC.

Both the parties have submitted that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and wife want to live with her husband. Now, the parties have no grievance to each other.

It appears that both the parties have settled their dispute amicably without any pressure and influence, therefore, I.A. No.1236/2023 is allowed and following decree is passed :-

1. Appeal is allowed and judgment and decree dated 30.07.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mandsaur (M.P.) in H.M.A. Case

No.126/2020 is set aside.

2. No order as to costs.

Let the decree be prepared accordingly. C.C. as per rules.
