This petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashment of FIR bearing crime No. 801/2018 dated 15.11.2018 registered at police station Cantt, Guna District Guna for offences under Sections 294, 452, 352, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC as well as quashment of other consequential proceedings qua Signature Not Verified Signed by: ADNAN HUSAIN ANSARI Signing time: 2/15/2023 7:29:08 PM

the present applicants in connection with the aforesaid F.I.R.

O n perusal of status report, it reveals that applicants have already been acquitted of aforesaid offences by the Court below vide judgment dated 29.09.2022.

In view of the above, this petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous.
