This revision coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                           following:
                                                                 ORDER

An application (I.A. No.244/2023) has been filed for condonation of delay.

As per office objection, this criminal revision is time barred by about 1548 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a labour and in his absence as the counsel representing him was also not present, the appellate Court passed the judgment.

Looking to the averments made in the application, no proper and Signature Not Verified Signed by: PRACHI PANDEY Signing time: 2/4/2023 2:06:24 PM

satisfactory reason has been mentioned by the petitioner to condone the delay. Covid-19 is not a ground to condone his absence that too for a period of 1548 days. Hence, I.A. No.244/2023 is hereby rejected.

Since this criminal revision is barred by time, therefore, the same also stands dismissed.
