The present appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the learned trial court. Maximum sentence
imposed upon him is three years which is already suspended.
Heard on I.A. No.1798/2023, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.
In view of the short sentence of three years imposed upon the appellant b y the learned trial Court and the fact that appeal would take long time to be heard and decided and sentence of appellant is already suspended, the application is allowed. It is directed that the appellant shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction
of the learned trial Court.
