Heard on I.A. No.4006/2019, an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of 28 days delay in filing this revision petition.
On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application which is
supported by the affidavit of the applicant, the same is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned.
I.A. No.4007/2019, an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of the trial Court judgment is taken up for hearing, and on due consideration, the same is allowed.
Heard on the question of admission.
The revision petition is admitted for final hearing. As prayed by learned counsel for the parties, list the matter for final hearing in the second week of January 2024.
