                                                            ORDER

This petition under Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C was filed assailing the order dated 05.12.2017 passed by learned IInd ASJ, Joura Distt. Morena in Signature Not Verified Signed by: RAM KUMAR SHARMA Signing time: 01/09/2023 10:00:13 AM

S.T.No.130 of 2017 whereby, the charges under Section 326, 326/34, 324/34, 323, 323/34, 294, 506(2) of IPC were framed against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the trial in S.T.No.130 of 2017 has concluded and learned IIIrd ASJ Joura has passed judgment on 16.08.2023, therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the State further submits that assailing the aforesaid judgment dated 16.08.2023, Cr.Appeal No.3829 of 2023 is filed which is listed along with this matter.

The petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
