This petition under Section 482 of of Cr.P.C was filed assailing the order dated 27.08.2017 passed by learned IInd ASJ, Morena in S.T.No.130 of 2017 Signature Not Verified Signed by: RAM KUMAR SHARMA Signing time: 01/09/2023 10:06:44 AM

whereby, the application for remitting the case for trial to JMFC, was rejected.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the trial of S.T.No.130 of 2017 has concluded and learned IIIrd ASJ Joura has passed judgment on 16.08.2023, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the State further submits that assailing the judgment dated 16.08.2023, Cr.Appeal No.3829 of 2023 is filed which is listed along with matter.

Considered.

The petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
