                                Appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following substantial questions
                          of law:-

                                             (i) Whether the judgment and decree
                                             passed by lower appellate Court in
                                             reversing well reasoned judgment and
                                             decree passed by trial Court is perverse
                                             ? and

                                         (ii) Whether the suit is not barred by limitation.
                                Notice be issued to the respondents on payment of P.F. within seven

working days by both the modes. Notice be made returnable within four weeks.

It is directed that no third party interest shall be created over the suit property till next date of hearing.
