                           Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following:
                                                                 ORDER

The subject matter and the question of law involved in this case is similar to the one that was considered by this Court in Writ Petition No.23856 of 2022 and connected matters. By the order dated 18.11.2022, the validity of Rule 14(7) of the Madhya Pradesh Chikitsa Shiksha Pravesh Niyam, 2018 is upheld and the writ petitions were dismissed. Hence, following the said judgment, this writ petition is too dismissed.

Pending interlocutory application is disposed off accordingly.
