                                    Heard on admission.
                                    Is s ue notice to the respondent on payment of process fee within 3

working days by RAD mode; failing which the petition shall stand dismissed

without further reference to the Bench.

The notices shall be made returnable within 3 weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Second Appeal No.2358/2022 has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2022 and the same is pending for hearing on admission and interim relief. The matter is listed today, however, the number may not reach. The trial court is proceeding on day to day basis. The next date for execution is fixed for 25.11.2022, therefore, it is prayed that the status quo may be maintained atleast till the second appeal is taken up for hearing on admission and stay.

In view of the aforesaid, parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of Execution Case No.EXA/60/2022 for a period of 2 weeks only.

List this case on 07.12.2022.
