Appeal is admitted for final hearing. Also heard on I.A. No.6460/2018, which is an application under Order 41

Rule 5 CPC.

Issue notice of final hearing and I.A. No.6460/2018 to the respondent 1 on payment of process fee within seven working days by both modes, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Subject to compliance of money part of the decree, execution of judgment and decree shall remain stayed until further orders.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to supply copy of memo of appeal along with annexures to the learned counsel for the respondent 2.
