Since certified copy of the judgment has been filed in connected appeals, I.A.No.4128/2022 is allowed and appellant is exempted from filing the certified copy.

There is delay of 25 days in filing the appeal. On due consideration of the reason assigned in the application,I.A.No. 4126/2022 is allowed and delay is condoned.

Since connected appeals arising out of same judgment have been admitted, the present appeal is also admitted for final hearing.

No fresh notice is required to be issued to the respondents as they are being represented.
