This revision has been filed against the appellate judgment passed in Cr.A.No1563/2017 (Mohit Agrawal Vs. State of M.P.), whereby the judgment of conviction and sentence passed the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Saunsar, District Chhindwara has been affirmed.

Appellant is not in jail as he has not surrendered for undergoing sentence, therefore, this revision cannot be entertained till appellant surrenders before the trial Court.
