Shri M.R.Sheikh, learned counsel for the objector. This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.has been preferred for giving direction to re-investigate the Crime bearing No.8/2018 registered at P.S., AJK, Ujjain for the offences punishable under Section 341, 354, 376(2)(N), 506 of IPC and Section 7/8, 3/4, (3)(2) (V)-3(1)(W)(1), 3(1)(W)(II) of SC, ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and under Section 5J(II), 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
It is apparent from the copy of the judgment dated 24.11.2021 passed by the Court of Special Judge (POCSO Act)/6 th Addl.Sessions Judge, Ujjain in SCATR No.89/2018 that applicant was prosecuted in the aforesaid matter and has been acquitted from the alleged offences.
Learned counsel for the respondent/State seeks time to argue the matter.
Let record of the aforesaid criminal case be requisitioned. Let the matter be listed after receipt of record.
