On due consideration, application is allowed and matter is taken up for hearing.
Applicant has filed present revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction dated 24/06/2017 with a delay of 05 years. However, he has not filed filed any application for condoning the delay. As per the Registry's report, the revision is barred by 1664 days.
Applicant is directed to argue the matter on the question of maintainability of this revision on the next date of hearing.
List the matter after summer vacation.
