Heard on admission. Appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following substantial questions of law:-

(i) Whether lower appellate Court is right in reversing well reasoned judgment of the trial Court?

(ii) Whether lower appellate Court has rightly held proof of the relevant Will (Ex.P/5) in the impugned judgment (para 21) by reversing findings of the judgment (para 12) on issue No.6(c) of the trial Court where said Will was not held as proved in terms of S. 63(c) of the Indian Succession Act, 1925? and

(iii) Whether lower appellate Court has rightly declared ownership of the respondents/plaintiffs upon relevant Will (Ex.P/5) in respect of the land of Khasra No.276 which is not a subject of dispute per plaint (para 7) ?
