T his revision has been filed against the judgment dated 26.08.2019 passed by 11th Additional Sessions Judge Rewa (M.P.) in Criminal Appeal No.139/2016 whereby learned ASJ affirmed the judgment of conviction dated 13.04.2016 passed by learned JMFC, Rewa, Distt. Rewa in Criminal Complaint
No. 155/2009, whereby learned JMFC found the appellant guilty for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act and sentenced him to undergo S.I. for one year and directed to pay compensation of Rs.2,50,000/- to the respondent.
