This appeal was admitted for final hearing on 04.03.2016. In view of the findings recorded by first appellate Court in para 22 of the

impugned judgment and decree dated 30.11.2009, there is no necessity to pass further orders on the aforesaid I.A.

In view of the findings recorded in para 22 of the impugned judgment, both the parties are directed to maintain status-quo with regard to the suit property, till disposal of this appeal.

Accordingly, I.A No.1568 /2010 is disposed off.
