                     Shri Naval Kumar Gupta, learned Public Prosecutor, for the

applicant/State.
                     This is an application seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated
9.12.2021 ordering acquittal of the respondent from the offences punishable

under Sections 376(2) (n), 376(2) (i), 506 Part 2 and 317 of IPC and Section 5

(j) (ii) and 5 (l) read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Upon perusal of the judgment, particularly para 63, we are of the view that the trial court upon proper appreciation of evidence placed on record reached to impeccable finding on correct principles of law. Hence, there is no illegality in the orders so passed.

Hence, instant application is rejected.
