Counsel for the petitioner submits that services of the petitioner as Secretary of Gram Panchayat have been terminated without holding any departmental enquiry as envisaged under sub rule (9) of Rule 7 of M.P. Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. He has placed reliance on the order dated 5.6.2020

passed in writ petition No. 13258/2018 (Satish Malviya Vs. Panchayat and Rural Development Department and others) and other judgments passed by the co- ordinate bench.

Counsel for the State prays for time to examine the said issue. List after two weeks.
