The appeal under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 20.03.2015 passed by the Second

Additional Session Judge, Damoh in ST No. 74/2001 whereby he has been convicted under Section 307/34 of the IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for 5 years with fine of Rs. 1000/-

As per the PUD and letter from the office of Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Damoh dated 23.06.2019, appellant-Anandi having completed his jail sentence, has been released from jail on 20.03.2018.

In view of aforesaid aspect that appellant has already been released from jail having completed the jail sentence, this appeal has rendered infructuous.

Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. PUD disposed of accordingly.
