Since challenge in this appeal is to the grant of a decree of restitution of conjugal rights in favour of husband and the present appeal has been filed by the wife, it would be appropriate to explore the possibility of settlement in the matter.

Registry is directed to appoint an appropriate Mediator so that Mediation Proceedings can be conducted and the report of the Mediator in that regard be submitted as early as possible.
