Let the counsel for the State seeks instructions in the matter. In this matter which assails the fixation of different cut off dates prescribed for registration for admission to PG course for in-service candidates on the one hand and non in-service candidates on the other hand. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised herein is no more res integra in view of Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case o f S.S. Gupta and others vs. State of M.P. and others decided on 25.04.2006 (Annexure P/2 at pg. 134).
