Heard on IA No.25513/2021, a repeat (third) application under

Section 389 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for suspension of

jail sentence and grant of bail filed on behalf of appellant Mukesh.

The present appellant has been convicted and sentenced by learned

3rd Additional Judge to the Court of 1 st Additional Sessions Judge Rajgarh

District Rajgarh Biaora (MP) in Sessions Trial No.183/2015 vide

judgment dated 03.12.2019, as under: -

Since the appellant's earlier application (IA No.1581/2020) for

Accordingly, IA No.25513/2021 being devoid of merits is hereby

dismissed.
