Hiralal Daheria and another) and the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3113/2018 (Aswad Construction Company Vs Rakesh Singh) of this Court cited by them, the proceedings of Complaint Case bearing R.T. No.584/2003 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhopal shall remain stayed, till the next date of hearing.
